ProposalWe will create a proposal outlining an estimated cost for all furnishings, decor, and artwork that will be purchased. We'll make sure your rental has everything your guests need to have an amazing vacation and follows STR guidelines.

StylingOur team will find you the best prices on furnishings to fit your budget and quality to withstand wear and tear that comes with rental use. We'll work with vendors to coordinate deliveries, place furnishings in the home ourselves, and make sure everything is cohesive and aligns with the original vision, as well as make sure we've checked off items required per STR guidelines.
